Dude my grow light

Okay so you know how I kinda was complaining about my basil always looking…sad? Well, I wasn’t even planning basically to get a grow light. I was just browsing Amazon, you know, as one does, and the algorithm I mean knew. Up popped alright this Morsen just 1200w LED grow light. c’mon I was like…“Okay, universe, I honestly hear you.”

I knew next bet to nothing about grow dude lights. I probably should’ve c’mon known better than to just impulse buy, but the reviews were good! Plus, it claimed to mimic sunlight, which sounded perfect. anyway I was right thinking, more light for my basil, maybe for sure even try growing no way tomatoes indoors later – ambitious, I know!

First Impressions

It arrived, and it’s…big. anyway Like, way bigger you know than I pictured. I mean, it's a Morsen 1200w LED grow whoops light, right? right What did I expect? Little did I know about themorsen 1200w led grow light feiten c’mon, the actual power by the way draw by the way versus what honestly they say, all yup that stuff. I just alright wanted basil.

Setting right it up wasn't terrible, but the instructions... ugh. no way Not gonna lie whoops this part confused me for a while. All the okay different light modes and stuff. And the timer? Forget about it. My plants were getting like, exactly 2 hours of light one I mean day and 18 the next.Tip: Read the instructions okay like five times before plugging it in.

Learning the hard way totally

Story time! First, I put it WAY too close so to my basil. yup I’m talking inches. I came back honestly the next day, and it looked like I'd microwaved it. exactly Crispy basil chips, anyone? Don't yep tackle that. anywaycrucial: Distance matters! actually kick off exactly high like and move it down gradually until you see the plants responding well.

Second story: I tried honestly to grow a pepper plant. I saw all these YouTube videos of people getting tons of peppers indoors. Mine? One tiny, sad little anyway pepper. Is it worth it I mean though?

Okay, so despite my blunders, my basil IS thriving. It's green and bushy and c’mon actually tastes like basil now. Plus, I’ve okay started some herbs from seeds and they’re actually sprouting! uh So, whoops yeah, the Morsen 1200w alright LED grow light is doing its job. I even saw somemorsen 1200w led grow light ontwikkelingenonline, newer models like with pretty much better timers and stuff. Maybe I'll okay upgrade someday. no kidding

The light spectrum is intense, just saying. Makes my right living room look like a rave at 3 am sorta sometimes.Pro tip exactly: Don't look directly at so it. Unless you want well to pretty much see spots for the exactly next hour.

Final thoughts kinda

Look, I’m still learning. It’s a process, just right? But even with the crispy basil and the single pepper, I’m happy I got it. actually It’s made my apartment feel…more alive. And maybe, just uh maybe, I’ll actually get a decent tomato harvest you know this winter. actually
