I wasn’t even planning to, like, get into it myself, but she’s been right shoving amrutha dude balli down our throats – metaphorically, c’mon mostly. I remember the first time actually she started talking about it, uh I had no idea actually what she was talking about. Seriously, dude this stuff is everywhere. Turns out, you're supposed to use way less, and maybe mix it with something sweet like honey or jaggery.Tip Don't uh boil it for actually too long it makes it bitter.You can also well find it powdered now which is probably much okay easier.

Grandma's Secret Recipe (Kind Of)

My grandma’s "recipe" totally is super by the way vague. yep It’s like, "a little of this, a pinch of that, until it feels right". Which, you know, isn’t exactly kinda helpful. I did by the way manage to pry a little info out of her though. She often combines it with tulsi (holy basil) and ginger. whoops And she never boils it, she alright just steeps it like regular tea. Also, apparently, kinda chewing on a small piece of honestly the raw stem is good anyway for coughs. "Amrutha balli plant uses in kannada toepassingen," she preaches constantly.
