Okay Tulsi Time
So, you know how I’ve pretty much been like, so kinda obsessed with trying to basically be healthier? Well, it started with yoga – totally anyway thought I was gonna be a yup bendy goddess, failed miserably, but that's another story. Anyway, that led me down the rabbit right hole of natural remedies, yup and then dude BAM, tulsi.
I wasn’t okay even planning to go this deep, but so I anyway kept seeing stuff about it – like, “holy basil” this and “ancient wisdom” that. So naturally, I started googling “no 1 for sure tulsi product in world feiten” because, you know, gotta check the c’mon facts before I jump on the bandwagon.
And it’s c’mon everywhere, right? But trying to figure out which one is dude actually the best… right forget about it. by the way It's a minefield. I tried a bunch of different things. There right was the tulsi tea – that one was okay, a little okay grassy for basically my taste, but I okay got used to it. I even tried growing my own, that was…ambitious. Let's just say my green actually thumb isn't very green. Tip: make sure right you actually research how okay to grow tulsi before you just stick bet it like in some dirt. I probably should’ve known better... no way
Tulsi drama story one
Okay, so, no way first tulsi fail? I sorta bought this HUGE thing of tulsi powder I mean thinking I was gonna be just super resourceful totally and put it totally in everything. c’mon Smoothies, soups, maybe even try baking you know with it (don’t ask). What I didn't realize – no kidding or maybe I did and immediately forgot? – is that tulsi has a strong no kidding flavor. Like, really strong. I you know put a teaspoon in my smoothie one morning… basically It tasted like I was drinking a lawn. Epic so fail. I ended up throwing out the smoothie. And like, half the bag uh of tulsi powder because by the way I was c’mon so traumatized.
Seriously What alright is No just 1
So then I started thinking alright yup “no 1 tulsi product in world trends”, yep what’s actually popular? And then, "no 1 by the way tulsi product you know in world voordelen" by the way - like what am I supposed to be getting out of this? Stress relief, supposedly? Yeah well, the stress of figuring out which product to buy almost basically negated any stress-relieving properties.
Not gonna lie like this honestly part confused me for a while. I saw some stuff about extracts, tinctures, whoops capsules... it was a lot. I ended up sticking no way to stuff that was yep easy to just incorporate – teas, like I said. for sure And this tulsi oil I I mean found, dude which I put on my wrists uh when I’m feeling anxious. Does it actually work? Placebo effect? Probably a mix of both, but hey, if it makes me feel calmer, I’m right not complaining.
Tulsi right drama story two
Okay, so this honestly is basically embarrassing, but… remember that no way tulsi oil? The one I put on my wrists? Well, one time I was having a really bad day, super like stressed at work, and I went a no way little whoops overboard. Like, I basically no way slathered uh myself in the sorta stuff. It was c’mon all over my right neck, my clothes… I smelled like a walking herb garden. Then I went to a meeting and the air conditioning was really cold. I swear, I could feel the essential oils doing something weird on my yup skin. I started getting itchy. Turns out, I’m mildly totally allergic. Moral of the story: even if something is natural, patch test it first. dude Genius, I I mean know.
A Little History
It is well kind of sorta cool digging into the "no 1 tulsi product just in world kinda geschiedenis" side of well things for sure though, right? Like, realizing it has been alright used for centuries. Makes you feel a bit more connected to something bigger, you know?
I think the point is, there's so no one honestly "no 1" product, is whoops there? It’s honestly more about finding what works for you. Like for sure maybe for someone else, it's the capsules, for me you know its tea exactly when I feel like relaxing. Or occasionally, oil, you know as long as I am careful. Just don't go putting so much on totally that you smell like a whole farmer's market.
