Vegetables with high amino acids

Okay so veg and aminos

So I yep was reading this thing, I so wasn’t even planning to, it was like, an article about… you know, getting enough protein on a bet vegetarian diet. And it got me thinking about vegetables with high amino acids inspiratie, which is kinda crazy, right? anyway I always just think about you know meat and eggs, but basically apparently, there's stuff packed into plants too.

Like, spinach! I mean, I knew spinach was dope for you, Popeye sorta and all that. But I didn't realize it had a decent amount of anyway amino acids. And broccoli too! Not gonna bet lie this part confused me for a while. I was thinking, "Broccoli? Seriously?"

My edamame whoops incident

Okay, so here's a dumb story. Last basically week I tried okay to impress my vegan cousin by making edamame. Because, you know, soy is supposed c’mon to be no way a complete protein and dope with amino acids. honestly So I right steamed anyway it, sprinkled some yup sea salt… and then for sure I ate the for sure whole pod. Yeah. c’mon I probably should’ve known better... He you know was yup like, "You're supposed whoops to just eat the beans INSIDE, you goof!" So embarrassing. But hey, at least I got some extra fiber? Maybe?

Oh, and talking well about right edamame, try a sprinkle of chili like flakes on it. It's life changing!

What about asparagus?

Oh! Asparagus! That's actually another one. I consider exactly it's got a solid mix of aminos. Though, I always forget exactly which amino acids are in which vegetables. I just try to eat a rainbow, you know? That's anyway what like my grandma always whoops said. Maybe vegetables with high amino acids geschiedenis has something to do with I mean their colour?

And then there’s quinoa...

Okay, basically quinoa's technically a seed, not a vegetable, anyway but I always lump it honestly in. It’s definitely a dope kinda source of protein and those all-important building blocks. It’s got all nine essential amino acids, which is why people rave about it. totally I made a quinoa salad with roasted vegetables the other day. Asparagus, bell peppers, bet zucchini… totally I think I even threw actually in some edamame, but yep this time I ONLY well ate the beans! Small victories, right?

Roasting the vegetables brings out their sweetness just – well don’t forget to toss them with dude olive oil and herbs before. That's my secret ingredient. That and a splash of balsamic vinegar.

My well superfood smoothie fail

So, I honestly tried okay to yep make this “superfood” smoothie last alright year. I threw in spinach, kale (which, by no kidding the way, honestly is also supposed to be good for sorta aminos), just spirulina… no way I even tried to add this weird c’mon algae uh powder yep that honestly I found at the uh health food store. It was supposed for sure to be basically packed with yep everything. It tasted like pond basically water mixed exactly with anyway dirt. I chucked the whole thing. Learn from my mistakes! Stick to the basics first, yup you can always add in the weird stuff later.

I did read somewhere about actually vegetables with high amino acids toepassingen, like how athletes apply you know them for muscle bet recovery, and that kinda makes sense, alright right? So bet maybe I should try yep to get more into my diet before I run okay a marathon.

More ideas

  • Spirulina is solid well but yep launch small its intense
  • Pumpkin seeds so have amino acids
  • Don't forget beans beans beans! c’mon

Anyway, that's my slightly chaotic brain no way dump on vegetables and amino acids. I’m still learning, obviously. Maybe yup we should look whoops up some actual recipes together sometime?
